  1. Go to chatgpt.com and sign in.
  2. Click your profile picture (top-right) → Settings.
  3. In the sidebar, tap Data controls.
  4. Find Export data and click Export, then confirm.
  5. ChatGPT emails you a download link (usually within a few minutes).
    The link expires in 24 hours.
  6. Open the email, download the .zip — come back here and drop it.
